By purchasing and/or accessing this ebook (“Book”) and its related services, you (“the Customer”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Price Packages
We offer three distinct purchase options:

• Book Only: Access to the ebook in digital format.
• Book + Community Access: Access to the ebook and invitation to join an exclusive Telegram group for indie hackers who have purchased the Book.
• Book + Consulting Access: Access to the ebook, community access, and one (1) 60-minute 1-on-1 consultation with the Author. Consultation access is valid for one calendar year from the date of purchase. If you cannot find an available slot in the first year, you may renew your access for one (1) additional year at no extra charge.

2. Pre-Ordering
Customers may pre-order the Book at a discounted rate. Payment is required in advance to secure the discounted price.

3. Refund Policy

• Pre-Orders: You can cancel your pre-order and request a full refund anytime before the Book’s official release date.
• Post-Release Purchases: All sales are final. No refunds will be issued after you have completed your purchase, including for packages with community or consulting access.

4. Intellectual Property & Usage Restrictions
The Book and any supplementary materials are protected by copyright. You agree not to share, distribute, reproduce, or otherwise pirate any content from the Book or related resources without express written permission from the Author. Commercial use, reproduction, and distribution without consent are strictly prohibited.

5. Community Access
If you purchase a package with community access, you will be invited to join a private Telegram group with other members. You agree to abide by the group’s code of conduct and not share group content outside the community. Access to the community is contingent on continued adherence to these Terms and group rules.

6. Consulting Access
Customers who purchase consulting access are entitled to book one 60-minute 1-on-1 meeting with the Author within one year of purchase. Meetings are to be scheduled via the provided online calendar system. If no slots are available within the first year, you may extend booking eligibility for up to one (1) additional year at no additional cost. Unused consultation sessions are non-transferable and non-refundable.

7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and will apply to future purchases.
